What are AI Credits?
Credits are ZorgSocial’s universal AI consumption currency. They are spent when you use AI-powered features such as content generation, image creation, video production, music composition, and strategy generation. Credits can be purchased at any time on any paid plan — including Essential — via the Buy Credits tab in your dashboard. Trial accounts do not include AI credits.

What does the 14-day free trial include?
The trial gives you 14 days of access to social media posting and scheduling capabilities — so you can experience the core workflow. AI generations (content, images, strategy, video) are not included in the trial. To use AI features during or after your trial, you can purchase AI credits from your dashboard and add them to any paid plan.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
Credits are ZorgSocial’s universal AI consumption currency. They are deducted each time you use an AI-powered feature: content generation, image creation, video production, music composition, or strategy generation. Credits can be purchased at any time and added to any paid plan — including Essential — from the Buy Credits tab in your dashboard.
How does additional user pricing work?
Each plan includes a set number of users: Essential includes 1, Professional includes 3, and Advanced includes 5. You can add more users at any time: +$39/mo per user on Professional, and +$49/mo per user on Advanced. Enterprise plans include unlimited users.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Plans & Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Choosing annual billing saves you 5% compared to the monthly rate. You are billed once for the full year upfront. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
What happens to my purchased credits if I change plans?
AI credits you have purchased are tied to your account, not your plan tier. They remain available regardless of plan changes and are consumed on a first-purchased, first-used basis.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancelling. After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to download anything you need.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All plans are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Enterprise customers may also pay by bank transfer.
